All Aluminum frame and construction - why buy a steel trailer that weighs more, has less of a payload and will be rusted out with in a year or two ? ( When you purchase an all aluminum trailer which is lighter in weight and will never rust like a steel trailer - (which means no maintenance and undercoating expenses every year. Which is more money in your pocket at the end of the day ) The answer is quit clear, aluminum is the way to go when buying a trailer.
CLEAR L.E.D Light Upgrade all around the trailer- Clear LED lights are brighter at night, they have a longer life span, there more efficient and they also look sharp at night (All of our competition offers regular incandescent lights with red and yellow old school lenses. At most our competitors upgrade the tail light lenses to L.E.D, but not all around the whole trailer with clear lenses ) This upgrade costs anywhere from $200-$300 when you compare with my competitors, with us its already built in our price.
** Our New promo with Screwless exterior panels on all our 2011 trailers have been the biggest hit with all of our customers - Having screwless side panels all around the trailer not only makes it easier to decal your trailer but also gives a cleaner look to the whole trailers appearance. Why bother replacing popped/rusted screws every year, when you have another choice ?
The way we construct the screwless sides is with a epoxy glue that will not release, then cover the top and bottom with a 4'' trim mold for extra security. The trailer manufactures have been building screw less trailers like our model for over 20 years now, all the higher end manufactures have switched from screws to screwless for the above reasons
- Brand new NXP 4000 Stainless steel latch system - all of our competitors use a cam bar with a steel latch that can be easily broken into and cut. Not only that they rust in a years time and look ugly on the trailer. With our new stainless steel latch system, the cam bar and hinges are all built inside the door so it offers better security, cleaner look and no parts to rust, so your trailer stays looking clean for many years.
** Drop down leg jack with grease nipple built in ** - Compare this to my competitors who use standard jacks with no grease nipples that constantly need replacing and take alot of time to crank up and down for hookups. Where as in our jack, all you have to do is pull a pin and the jack leg drops down to the ground and eliminates cranking the jack over and over. This way it much easier and you are not standing outside in the cold weather trying to unhook your trailer.
All of our trailers also have a custom v-nose with bright anodized aluminum along the top of the trailer and diamond plated trim from top to bottom on the corner edges. This not only dresses up the trailers exterior appearance, but makes it unique and different from all the other trailers on the road.
What it comes down to ? Is how long do you want your trailer to last ? a few years or a few decades - take this into consideration when choosing your trailer and please make sure you are comparing apples to apples when pricing out snowmobile/atv trailers.
