Standard features:
All tubular steel frame – The strongest style of frame available. Do you haul alot and need a trailer that will serve as a shop as well? Mount toolboxes, cabinets, almost anything on the walls, use this trailer every day. It can take it! This trailer has tubular steel wall posts and roof bows on top of the tubular steel main frame. This is the strongest style of frame available. It works as hard as you do, and stands rigid through any conditions.
6’7” interior height - Tired of hitting your head or slouching to work inside your trailer? Now both the 6’ and 7’ wide trailers come with an interior height of 6’7” and back door height is 6’ ¾”. Lots of room to move material or to stand up tall! We can still build one with the standard 6'1" interior height for you as well.
2500 lb Capacity Ramp OR Barn doors for the same price! – Most trailers come with a 1000 lb to 1500 lb ramp door capacity and to upgrade to a heavier door is typically $300-$400. This model will come with a 2500 lb ramp door capacity (free upgrade) – plenty of strength to load your motorcycle, ATVs, or work equipment.
¾” Engineered wood floor – Engineered wood is denser, stronger, much more durable, and SUPER water resistant compared to the plywood floors that are standard in most trailers. It will not warp, expand or rot, even if completely submersed in water.
Screwless aluminum panels – Perfect for decals or just to keep a clean exterior. A screwless exterior will look cleaner longer as screws rust and can create electrolysis that destroys the exterior panels. Most companies will charge upwards of $300.00 for a screwless exterior.
Radius RV side door with flushlock – Allows for quick in and out access to the trailer without fussing with a bar lock, and you can close the door while in the trailer. The manufacturer uses a prefabricated door which is a stronger door with a better seal than what is found on most trailers. You can add an optional cam bar for extra security and still have the flexibility of easy access in and out of the trailer.
15” Radial tires – The standard in the trailer industry is bias ply tires, with an expected life of just 3,800 kms. Radial tires will get you about 20,000 km more out of your tires. That’s big dollar value!
