This new old stock 1952 Monarch chrome trunk bezel came from a Ford dealer's estate.
 
 
 
The part number is CDBC-7043525.
 
 
 
The plating has excellent lustre and as per the photo is very shiny.  There are some very small imperfections, probably due to being wrapped in newspaper for decades.
 
 
 
No cracks or fractures anywhere.
 
 
 
All seven threaded mounting sockets on the back are intact and have obviously never been used.
 
 
 
Quite large:  approximately 29 1/2 inches long.
