This is a used 1956 Monarch hood ornament in very nice condition.
 
 
 
The chrome is still quite shiny but does have some surface pitting ........... not noticeable except up really close, so it's hard to see in the photo. 
 
 
 
No cracks or fractures.
 
 
 
All six threaded mounting studs underneath are intact and undamaged.
