WEB DESIGNER

In2communications Inc, a London based marketing communications agency specializing in inbound marketing services, social media, video, web design, SEO, social media/social enterprise tools & strategy and Sales 2.0 training.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage content on website and admin sites in standard operating language
• Develop company and client web sites functionality, features and designs
• Continually improve the design, navigation and usability of the websites
• SEO optimization of websites
• Spearhead changes with Marketing and IT
• Communicating with end-users and management to better understand system requirements and strategic goals
• Creative direction and development of printed and web-based materials and programs
• Metrics and reporting of visitor behaviour
• Support development of keyword/campaign and expand/manage keyword inventory (Google and Yahoo ad words)
• Improve landing page performance through testing

Requirements:

• Well versed with HTML, xHTML, HTML5, CSS, Web Usability, SEO
• Working knowledge with JavaScript, XML, PHP/Ruby/ASP, SQL/mySQL, Flash (ActionScript 2/3) a benefit
• Experience with site management tools: CMS, FTO, and java server is a must
• Familiarity with video post production activities – incorporate video presentations on landing pages
• Must be a team player with can-do attitude to drive efficiency in a fast-paced deadline-drive environment
• Analysis and decision making, project management, excellent written and communication skills and a passion for enhancing customer experience
• Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively to deliver results
• Should be a self-starter who can take ownership for projects in a fast-changing, growth-oriented environment
• Understands popular B2B Social Media channels to be leveraged within client projects
• Must be fluent in English and familiar with marketing concepts and communication flows
